Two numbers, always shown separately, always to the penny, before you pay.
- Owner's contribution. Your fair share of what the owner pays the provider. Owners can't charge more than a fair split.
- Management fee. What we charge for matching, collecting payments, protection and support. Paid by the person joining.
- Owners pay £0. There are no listing or commission fees for owners.
