Buyer protection

We hold your money to the same standard we'd want for ours.

• Owners are paid later. Contributions are released to the owner only after you confirm access, plus a protection period.
• Refunds if access fails. If you don't get access, or lose it and it isn't fixed in time, you're refunded for the period you couldn't use.
• One hold, one charge. However many groups you request, your card is held once and charged once, at the accepted group's price.
• Regulated payments. Card payments are handled by a regulated payment provider. We never see or store your full card number.
• Private by design. Owners see your first name and a trust summary, never your email, phone or payment details.

What isn't covered

Payments made outside subshare aren't protected. If anyone asks you to pay off the platform, report it from your subscription page.
